A large open-plan living area leads onto the kitchen that opens onto a large patio. Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Indoor barbecue area, as well as a double garage with remote control access and electric gate.

The apartment is ideal for people with disabilities or a small family. The cottage sleeps only two people and is very private. It is comfortably furnished and offers a small kitchenette with a fridge, freezer, microwave, and an electric frying pan. The patio has a portable barbecue and parking is available behind the fenced area with remote controlled access. Both the house and apartment boast amazing sea views and all bedding and towels are provided.
